The Bondurant BBQ

On August 3, 1941, people came from all around the state to consecrate the community's new log church. The first Bondurant Community Club BBQ was held after the consecration of the church, and it has become an annual event ever since to draw the community together and commemorate the consecration of the church in Bondurant.
